  • column: TARGET/MULTI-TARGET - provides details of the target. For example, "gene: MITF inhibitor (gi:40807040, assay: 493191)" means that the target is protein "gi:40807040" (product of gene MITF), type of modulation: inhibition , the data is integrated from assay 493191
  • column: kA - the number of active molecules annotated with the target "gene: MITF inhibitor (gi:40807040, assay: 493191)" ;
  • column: size Active - the number of active molecules in your screen (only valid molecules annotated with at least 1 target is considered)
  • column: kB - the number of inactive molecules annotated with the target "gene: MITF inhibitor (gi:40807040, assay: 493191)" ;
  • column: size InActive - the number of InActive molecules in your screen (only valid molecules annotated with at least 1 target is considered)
  • column: Odds Ratio = (kA/(size Active - kA))/ (kB/( size InActive - kB)). Odds Ratio shows increace of odds for the molecules known to modulate the target/multi-target to be active in your screen.
  • column: p-value of enrichment computed using hypergeometric distribution with parameters (kA, size Active , kB, size InActive) and adjusted by FDR for multiple testing.
